My laptop had tons of issues requiring a reformat and reinstall of windows. The problem was I didn’t have the windows backup disks that come with all new computers. This wasn’t a problem for John at Phoenix Computer Repair he was able to make my computer faster and better then it was when I got it. He even cleaned it internally and externally before returning it to me very quickly.
