Please be aware certain viruses / malware / rootkits can be removed completely without damaging the operating system, But most viruses / malware / rootkits are designed to damage or manipulate operating system files and the system registry, and once the virus is removed the damaged files and registry may be left incomplete or missing all together and may produce errors or not allow Windows or installed programs to run properly. Or the virus may have files hidden that can reinfect the system as soon as its rebooted and reconnected back to the internet.
Our procedures for virus removals and pricing:
We can attempt a virus removal for $69.00 on the current operating system and try to repair any file or registry problems, but this DOES NOT guarantee that the virus may not reinfect itself onto the system or that there may not be future errors on the system. Your best option that the system will be completely Virus / Malware / Rootkit free and working correctly is the procedure below.
Complete format and reinstall of current Windows operating system
Our fee for this procedure is $120.00 providing we have to install a fresh copy of Windows. If the owner provides a Windows disk or system recovery disk and valid COA the fee is $69.00. THIS WILL guarantee a complete virus free machine and will insure all missing and damaged windows files and system registry have been replaced and working correctly. If possible it is the owners responsibility to back up all documents and owner files and settings before reinstall. If we have to perform a file recovery and back up in shop there may be an extra fee. We also install two different anti virus programs free of charge during this procedure. And reinstall drivers and Microsoft updates to the most current service pack.

The owner is responsible for reinstalling any programs they may use such as: Quick Books, Microsoft Office, Paid Anti Virus etc.
